High-Speed Digital Napkin Printing, Folding & Cutting
Meet the CASPIJET NP-300: an integrated digital napkin production
line combining single-pass inkjet printing with embossing, folding,
stacking and cutting in one streamlined workflow.
Digital napkin production, streamlined
Bring printing and downstream converting together in a single production
workflow. Actual output depends on napkin size, paper construction,
print resolution, artwork coverage and operating conditions.
Speed figures are configuration-dependent. Maximum design speed is not
a guarantee of sustained output for every napkin size or print job.
From paper roll to finished napkins
The NP-300 integrates key stages of napkin manufacturing to reduce
manual handling between printing and converting operations.
- Pneumatic raw-paper roll loading
- Single-pass digital inkjet printing
- Embossing and folding
- Pneumatic stacking and collection
- Band-saw slicing and cutting
Built for flexible printed napkin production
Digital printing gives converters more flexibility when producing
different designs, customer branding and shorter production runs.
Plate-Free Printing
Change artwork digitally without preparing traditional printing plates for each design.
Custom Branding
Produce branded napkins for restaurants, cafés, hotels, events and other customer applications.
Integrated Converting
Combine digital printing with embossing, folding, stacking and cutting in one production line.
How the NP-300 works
An integrated sequence connects web handling, digital printing and
napkin converting operations.
Paper Feeding
Load the paper roll and feed the web into the production line.
Digital Printing
Print variable designs using the selected industrial inkjet configuration.
Embossing
Apply the selected embossing pattern to the paper material.
Folding
Fold the web into the required napkin format.
Stacking
Collect and stack folded napkins with adjustable stack height.
Cutting
Slice the accumulated napkin stacks into the required finished sizes.
Custom printed napkins for diverse markets
Support customer-specific artwork and branding for hospitality,
food service, retail promotions and events. Final print quality depends
on the selected paper, ink, artwork and print settings.
Ink and print performance
The NP-300 uses a water-based pigment ink configuration. Waterproof
printing has been tested. Food-safe ink with a certificate can be
discussed for the intended application; please confirm the relevant
certificate and suitability requirements for your market before ordering.
